Wright Multifamily Investment (WMI) is a real estate investment and development firm located in Springfield, PA in suburban Philadelphia.  The company plans to acquire, own and manage apartment communities initially concentrating within the area stretching from Washington, DC to New York.  WMI will offer investors and residents advantages generated by 30 years of market investigation and analysis of multifamily communities from Virginia to New York.  Our mission is to provide quality housing opportunities for our residents and attractive returns for our investors.  Integrity and service are combined with market intelligence to identify, acquire, maintain and improve residential property investments.
