Our Story

Wright Multifamily Investment (WMI) is a real estate investment and development firm located in Springfield, PA in suburban Philadelphia.  We plan to acquire, own and manage apartment communities initially concentrating within the area stretching from Washington, DC to New York.  WMI will offer investors and residents advantages generated by our 30 years of market investigation and analysis of multifamily communities from Virginia to New York.  Our mission is to provide quality housing opportunities for our residents and attractive returns for our investors.  Integrity and service are combined with market intelligence to identify, acquire, maintain and improve residential property investments

Our hands on ownership experience in 3 states includes major rehab/turnaround of a distressed 200 unit project with a 50% vacancy rate; rehab/conversion of two HUD subsidized projects converted to conventional market rate communities and rehab/turnaround of a distressed senior independent living apartment community.  Both in-house and 3rd party management have been utilized to produce these successful results.  Wright Multifamily has proven the ability to maintain market rate and voucher tenant occupancies in the same community by consistent enforcement of lease requirements and maintenance standards.
